The Brief

Mowlam Healthcare is Ireland’s leading and largest provider of care to the elderly in Ireland, hospitality business, offering unique and meaningful experiences in more than 28 nursing homes and Memory Care Centres across Ireland.

We are tasked with managing a clear messaging strategy to align to the wider Mowlam proposition and help potential residents and their families to instantly understand the mowlamhealthcare offering.

We also need to create a huge suite of creative assets, allowing Mowlam’s messaging to reach a careers audience throughout the different touchpoints of the campaign.

The Idea

For over six years we have devised and managed all of Mowlam Healthcare’s social media platforms to boost their brand awareness, capture their target audience and reach marketing goals.

  • Liaising directly with the individual nursing home teams we act as gatekeeper of all sensitive content to be published in line with GDPR standards.
  • We also manage corporate communications on LinkedIn.
  • As part of the social media marketing strategy paid ads are managed for key HR postings
